Kevin Cronin

As a co-founder of Paladin Advisory Group, LLC, Kevin brings over 25 years of retail management experience from multiple industries in both the private and public sectors. He has a proven track record of delivering superior operating results and earnings growth for the organizations he has managed.

Prior to founding Paladin, Kevin directed all retail operations for Cornerstone Propane. During his tenure there, Cornerstone was the sixth largest retail propane marketer in the United States serving 420,000 customers from 167 locations in 33 states. Annual sales for the retail operations, which employed 1,500 people, were $345 million, contributing $70 million in EBITDA. Kevin joined the Cornerstone Propane management team through the acquisition of Propane Continental where he served as Vice President of Retail Operations. At Propane Continental, Kevin was responsible for 25 retail locations in 11 states with 160 employees. The retail propane business had annual sales of approximately $65 million, producing EBITDA of $17 million. In addition to his retail responsibilities, Kevin was involved in all acquisition, due diligence and transition activities including the purchase of Propane Continental by Cornerstone Propane.

Prior to joining Propane Continental, Kevin served as General Manager of Propane Operations for Atlanta Gas Light Company and also as Area Manager for Ferrellgas Partners. Kevin launched his professional career in the transportation industry working in management with United Parcel Service, Purolator Courier and Emery Worldwide.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska.

 

Jeff Loudenback

As a co-founder of Paladin Advisory Group, LLC, Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in acquisitions, accounting, finance and general business to the organization.

Prior to founding Paladin, Jeff most recently served as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for Liberty Propane, where he helped to quickly grow the fledgling company into the 14th largest propane retailer in the U.S. He facilitated 10 transactions that totaled over $85 million for Liberty, including the purchase of Rocky Mountain Propane. Prior to joining Liberty Propane, Jeff was instrumental in the leveraged management buyout of Rocky Mountain Propane and became its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As CFO, he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial matters including a complete conversion of all software systems, and oversight of all tax reporting that resulted in significant tax savings strategies to the partners.  

Earlier, Jeff served as part of Cornerstone Propane's acquisition team where he completed 11 transactions totaling over $21 million. Prior to Cornerstone, Jeff worked as Manager of Corporate Development for Propane Continental. There he was involved in 31 business acquisitions totaling over $79 million. His early experience with Propane Continental was as corporate controller and secretary where he gained valuable experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting and auditing. He also participated in raising over $70 million in debt and equity to fund the company's expansion.
