Paladin can manage the merger, acquisition, and divestiture processes through the various stages from proposal to due diligence, to transition and finally, integration. We've participated in closing over 50 transactions that have a combined enterprise value of more than $325 million, with over $45 million in EBITDA. The structure of these transactions can take many forms, including; cash for stock or assets, earn-outs, or tax-free exchanges of securities. The creative variety of business structures on either side of the transaction helps us maximize value for our clients.
